Security at Keyvia

How Keyvia protects rental information.

Access depends on your role and connection to the property. Support access is separate and recorded.

01

Access to the right properties

Owners, residents, tenants, and contractors can only see the information allowed by their property, lease, ownership, or work assignments.

02

Support access is limited

Routine support can see contact details and summary metrics. Viewing rental records requires a specific support request and a separate, recorded support session.

03

Registration is temporarily paused

Existing customers can still sign in. We’re checking email verification, passwords, and bot protection before reopening signup. Phone and text-message verification will come later.

04

Payment details stay with Stripe

Keyvia does not ask you to enter card numbers into its forms. Paid signup and checkout aren’t open yet. We’re still checking billing and plan limits before launch.

Launch update

What’s available today

Existing customers can use their accounts. New signups, paid trials, and invitations remain paused while we check identity verification, plan limits, extra verification for administrator actions, and access to each property.
